I like to think I keep up with what's going on in the music world. Apparently I don't. Watching the Grammys last night I realized I don't know who half these people are! 

Maybe it's because the Grammys now award the categories that matter to me many categories before the awards broadcast. 

Then again, maybe I'm just an old f@rt. 

Nevertheless, here's my recap of last night's Grammy Awards show. At least the parts I saw before I drifted off to sleep in my Laz-Z-Boy. 

Taylor Swift's opener: I have the feeling that's what the inside of Taylor Swifts head looks like all the time. Especially the flame-thrower tricycle thing. 

LL Cool J looks a LOT like that former LAPD dude they're searching for. 

Whoa! I guess Katy Perry, Kelly Rowland, Jenifer Lopez, and Alica Keyes didn't get the Grammy memo about the no excessive skin showing. Thank goodness! 

Adele apparently DID get the memo. Thank Goodness!

Sorry Justin Timberlake, you're just doing a luke warm Earth Wind & Fire imitation. 

Where's the rock bands?!

Snore. 

I woke up at 11:20 and the show was still going on. I however wasn't. 

Bring back rock!
