Happy Monday. If you're a Redskins fan, today is the dawning of a new era! Robert Downey Jr. Robert Griffin III put on a hell of a quaterbackin' display yesterday. Of course, the Saints are kind of adrift, but still. RGIII is a badass.

Today was SUPPOSED to be the dawn of a new era in Seattle. My Seahawks, led by third round draft pick Owen Wilson Russell Wilson took the field at WhateverTheHellTheyCallit Stadium in Phoenix and looked like, well honestly, every other Seahawks team since about 1999.

I will say this: Yes Russell threw three incomplete passes in the last minutes of the game. But a pass in football is a two prong system - throw the ball/catch the ball. As long as the ball is in your general vicinity, the moment the QB lets go of the ball, well, the ball's pretty much in your court. Pun intended. If you allow the ball to go through your hands, YOU did not complete the pass.

So RW gets a pass from me this week. No pun intended.
