The Mighty Led Zep have many awards including being inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and recently the Kennedy Center Honors.
So why not another one?
Led Zeppelin will receive the inaugural International Lifetime Achievement Award at the Echo Awards in Berlin, Germany on March 21.
The Echo Awards are presented by the German Phono Academy, the cultural institute of the Federal Association of Music Industry.
Apparently it's a pretty big deal in Europe.
But maybe not big enough for Robert Plant.
Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones will accept the award on behalf of the band.
Robert is unable to attend due to a scheduled concert date on the same night in Singapore.
There's goes another reunion rumor down the drain...
