Kenn was born a baby DJ in the shadows of the Windy City...his first words were "Hi you're Caller 10".
Kenn has been on the air off and on in Bakersfield since 2001...working at such legendary (meaning: defunct) stations as K-Lite 105.3 and 96.5 KBKO. He has worked in Illinois, Iowa and New Mexico before moving to Bakersfield. Kenn counts himself lucky to still be able to call radio one of his jobs (his other is selling shrimp out of a van). What other job in the world pays you to make fun of stuff? He loves playing Classic Rock for all those hard-working folks who don't want to listen to Celine Dion or Justin Beiber.
Kenn is also a local musician of sorts, playing with Lydia Ranger, Jim Ranger, and the New Life Center worship team, and occasionally with Thee Majestics (he's an adopted East Sider). He is passionate about the Bears, the Cubs (which means he takes disappointment well), and loves to golf, snow ski and coach baseball. You may have seen him on stage hosting Relay For Life for the last 12 years.
He's married to his beautiful and talented wife Crystal...and they have a rocking son... Caden aka "Boogie".
Favorite Musicians: Chicago, Boston, Kansas...any band named after a geographic region apparently. Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Alabama, Earth-Wind & Fire, Journey.
